InterSeafood.com ships fresh products every day of the week. Frozen products are normally shipped by sea transport weekly.

Products are delivered to the address of your business operation. If your address is out of our transportation network contact us for special arrangements.  

Shipments can be made the day after placing an order. We suggest to plan for delivery in order for us to ensure the best possible results of quality, transport and delivery.

Privacy & Security

Your business with InterSeafood.com is valuable and confidential. Make sure that your user name and password are kept private. InterSeafood.com does not store credit card numbers on the company‘s web site. 

Returns & Replacements

Products are normally not returned to InterSeafood.com. In the unlikely event that you have a quality issue or a misplaced order, contact us. We will work something out.

Although we can act quickly we suggest that you plan for the delivery of your products. Place your order before the fish is caught!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices include transport and delivery to your door. Make sure that your address details are correct to ensure accurate pricing.

Goods are prepaid or paid with a credit card. Using a credit card is secure, effective and provides you with a payment credit for up to 45 day. If you are not using credit card for procuring goods consult your bank or credit card service provider.

Our payment service provider is Borgun ensuring fast and reliable online payments through a secure server. Credit card numbers are not stored in our system

Make sure that your account information with InterSeafood.com are correct. When signing up for a new account it may take a few hours until it is activated. We review all new registration in order to ensure correct pricing of transportation and delivery.
